BOOKSTORE QUESTIONS

How do I purchase?

Leet De-Deet uses PayPal to process all payments. No PayPal account? No Problem!

You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase here and you can use your credit or debit card to complete your transaction. Just click the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” or “Pay as Guest” button to enter your card information.

BTW, if you have a PayPal account, there is no need to log into your account. Just click the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” or “Pay as Guest” button to enter your information.

Do you charges sales tax?

If you live in Georgia, you will be charged 8% sales tax on the total of your purchase here.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to share that we can ship anywhere in the continental United States — to all 50 states and APO/FPO via USPS media mail — as long as you supply a valid address.

How can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order by logging in and reviewing your “My Account” dashboard. BTW, once you complete your order, you will receive a receipt with your order number via email that confirms that you successfully have placed an order with us.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and, generally, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if you ever need to return any item that is unopened, we are happy to work with you so feel free to reach out to us at support[@]leetdedeet.com (without the brackets) BEFORE you return the item. BTW, we do not offer refunds.

I don't see the item I want.

Check to see whether the item is “Out of Stock” or “Backordered.” “Out of Stock” is different from “Backordered,” which is more temporary, as a result of a sudden run on a title, for example. “Out of Stock” means that we may not be able to get more of the item, and there will be no button to click to add it to your cart. If your “Backordered” item is ultimately unavailable, we will refund your account.

Why should I join as a Member?

There are many benefits of being a Member of Leet De-Deet. They include, but are by no means of the imagination limited to, free marketing and promotions of your publications, networking connections with other Writers/Authors and industry professionals, relevant tools and resources that aid in your writing and publishing processes, professional development opportunities, motivation and accountability partners, and a supportive environment where you can share your challenges and successes with others who can relate because of their similar experiences, among many other benefits.

What are the requirements to be a Member?

You must be an aspiring, emerging or established Writer or Author.

How much does it cost to join as a Member?

Membership at Leet De-Deet is absolutely FREE. We do ask that, however, you share our community with other Writers and Authors and encourage them to visit and, hopefully, join us!

Are there any costs associated with having an item for sale in the Bookstore?

Leet De-Deet does not charge its Members for posting items in the Bookstore. However, we do earn a 15% commission on the cover price that helps with the overhead associated with running this Website and its associated marketing and promotions campaigns.

I'm a Writer or Author. How do I become a Member?

Just click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner of this screen, then “Register” and follow the prompts. Your account will be created immediately upon completing that process, but it will take up to 24 hours to give you “Member” status.
